So, naturally this menu will change from time to time and Jamie, our fantastic new chef, will feature weekly specials to keep things interesting. The plan is to keep it simple, but do it well, so all our meat - from the sausages to the beef joints - comes from our neighbour, award winning butcher, Godfrey & Sons, where the quality speaks for itself.
We're sourcing as much as we can locally as it feels right to work within the community wherever we can; but the focus will always remain on the quality and if we have to go far to achieve that, that's what we'll do. We won't cut corners or compromise the end result and we're sure you're going to taste the difference.
